Bartending Tip
Smile, Know your drinks, Try not to keep customers waiting of if you are busy at least tell them you will be with them shortly. Make sure you servre customers in order. Always give correct change even if the customer would not know!
Treat everyone in a way they will want to come back and be served by you

drink do you most enjoy making?
My own. hahaha No I love cocktails and I'm not afraid to try new one's a customer will request from me.
The only way to know more cocktails is sometimes to be asked to make them so I enjoy this as a challenge.

us about your favourite bars and nightclubs
in the world
I love Asia but was born in Europe. I basically go where its warm so I would say Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore and London have been the best times and favourite places I like to go to clubs at.
What
do you most enjoy about bartending?
Its a fun environment and I meet lots of people. Its not like some boring office job

Long hours and tired legs :)
What's
the most you've been tipped in one day?
I was very lucky to work as a VIP bartender for some wealthy Arab Gentlemen while they spent 7 days at a 5 star resort I was working at.
Due to security issues they wanted to have the same bartender who they trusted and passed all their checks as well as who made good drinks and I suppose looked ok.
I did straight Bartendering and made enough to buy a small new car. It also made me realise you must treat every customer as a VIP no matter who they are or what you get paid. I have kept this attitude and it has done me well

fast, efficient, polite, attentive, thankful, honest and I smile a lot
What's
your favourite type of customer?
Well mannered, Patient, Respectful and some who says thank you when they pay.
